Information for Visitors

Visiting Hours

  • Inpatient Wards: Daily 08:00 – 21:00.

  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Daily 12:00 – 12:30.

Visiting Regulations

At Cosmoclinic, we prioritize the safety of our patients. Therefore, the following are required for visitor entry into the nursing wards:

  • Negative rapid test or molecular (PCR) test for COVID-19. Sampling must have been conducted within the last 48 hours for general nursing wards, and within the last 24 hours for the ICU.

  • Proof of identity, such as an ID card, passport, or driver’s license.

  • Protective mask.

  • Only one visitor per patient is allowed in each room at a time. If more than one person wishes to visit, the visits must take place consecutively.

  • Minors under the age of 14 are not permitted to visit or remain on the nursing floors.

  • In case of a cold, flu, or any other contagious illness, please refrain from visiting to protect your loved ones and other patients.

  • Visitors must leave the room during any medical or nursing procedure to ensure the uninterrupted provision of care.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Clinic.

  • Please speak softly, especially during rest hours, as a sign of respect toward all patients.

  • During hospitalization, the patient’s diet is determined by the attending physician in collaboration with the Clinic’s Dietetic Department. Visitors and companions are requested not to provide outside food without the physician's approval. Cosmoclinic bears no responsibility for any health issues arising from the consumption of food not approved by the attending physician.
