Fitness for Sports – Student Health Certificate

Participation in athletic activities or school physical education classes requires a health certificate confirming fitness for sports. At Cosmoclinic, the necessary certificates are issued quickly and with all the required examinations.

·       MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS FOR SPORTS

It is required for your registration in a sports activity and includes an Electrocardiogram and medical evaluation.

• STUDENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE

It is required for students' participation in physical education classes and includes an Electrocardiogram and medical evaluation.

The issuance of each certificate costs €10.

For students under 12 years of age, a Heart Triplex is also mandatory; the cost of which, for those insured under E.O.P.Y.Y., is only the participation fee on the referral.
